Option 1

  1. Purchase your items directly and send them to the warehouse.
  2. Once your package reaches our overseas location, we will ship it to Sri Lanka.
  3. Upon arrival in Colombo:
    • Collect from our office, or
    • Opt for domestic courier (charges borne by the customer).

Delivery Time: 5–7 working days

Important Guidelines

  • Dimensional Weight Charges: Shipping charges may depend on dimensional weight, calculated as:
    (Length × Height × Width) ÷ 5000 or the actual weight, whichever is higher.
  • Registration: Register at colombomail.lk/register to receive your Customer ID. Clearly mention this ID on your package. Packages without a Customer ID will not be accepted.
  • Notify our Sri Lankan office with:
    • Customer ID
    • Package and item images
    • Item quantity
    • Product weight

Option 2

  1. Share the product link via WhatsApp.
  2. We will provide a quotation and purchase the item upon your confirmation.
  3. Once the item arrives in Colombo:
    • Collect from our office, or
    • Request domestic courier delivery (charges borne by you).
